HOW TO RETURN
CONTACT US
Email us at returns@minnesotaniceguys.com with your order number and reason for return.
GET YOUR LABEL
We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
SHIP IT BACK
Pack the item(s) securely and drop off at any USPS location.
GET REFUNDED
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item. The easiest way is to return your original order and place a new order for the item you want.
If you need help with an exchange, just reach out and we'll walk you through it.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Received something damaged or defective? That's not Minnesota Nice at all. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we'll send a replacement ASAP—no return needed.
Please report damaged items within 7 days of delivery.
